The Brehon Hotel & Spa is currently recruiting for the position of Accommodation Supervisor for a 32 - 39hour working week.
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Hotel.
Main Duties will include: To ensure the guest receives an excellent standard of housekeeping.
To ensure the team is guest focused.
Ordering of Guest Amenities, Cleaning Materials, Chemicals and Housekeeping Equipment.
The Management of the Housekeeping Team in the absence of the Accommodation Manager/Assistant Accommodation Manager Developing, Training and motivating the Team.
Enforcing the agreed Standards of Procedure.
Ability to work under pressure during quick turnarounds.
To be hands on and lead by example.
Manage weekly/ daily rostering and payroll Reporting any maintenance issues through Snap Fix.
Checking Rooms, Apartments and Public Areas and encouraging the system of self-checking Introducing new systems and structures to keep up to date.
Ensure laundry is running effectively and in a timely manner.
