The Role
Main Responsibilities of the Job
* Enhance brand awareness across various customer segments & markets.
* Manage & develop Customer Accounts with sales targets up to £30k annual spend.
* Engage in proactive customer service, ensuring information is accessible and responsive to customers’ needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and branches.
* Ensure products are merchandised and displayed in-store to a quality standard, with all marketing collateral correctly positioned and presented to reflect the SAM brand's commitment to quality and excellence. Tailor product presentations to meet customer requirements while maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
* Assist Marketing with customer campaign engagement.
* Provide on-site customer training, sharing best practices in product storage and product knowledge.
* Collaborate with customers' external sales teams to attend joint meetings with end users, to promote the SAM brand and showcasing its product range.
* Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
* Analyse target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.
* Work closely alongside your Regional Sales Manager to best deliver regional sales targets.
* Any other duties as required.

* You must be methodical and demonstrate good attention to detail.
* You must be passionate about New Product Development Innovation.
* You must be flexible with regards your working hours and be able to travel and have overnight stays.
Hours of work
42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday inclusive of breaks.
