Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
2. Lead talent acquisition and management initiatives
3. Drive employee engagement and culture development programs
4. Oversee learning and development programs
5. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
6. Manage compensation and benefits strategies
7. Lead change management and organizational development efforts
8. Ensure compliance with HR-related legal requirements and industry regulations
Ideal Candidate:
1. 5+ years’ experience in a similar industry
2. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Analytical mindset with experience in people analytics
5. Comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR compliance
