This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment on diverse public (Aviation) projects.In this role, you will:Lead projects as a client-facing Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery.Contribute to innovative and high-quality engineering solutions.The candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, willing to take responsibility and comfortable working as part of a team.
Duties will include:
* Project ManagementLead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.Financial management of project delivery.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and graduates.Preparation of project reports (Planning, Tender, Construction Stage).
* Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.Manage contract negotiations and administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
* Business Development & Client EngagementSupport business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documentation.Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.Desirable skills/attributes: Chartered Engineer / Chartered Project ProfessionalExperience managing projects from commencement to handover.Good communication skills and can prioritise and manage workload effectively.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with on-site project management and contract administration.
