The team and the opportunity
The Senior Consultant – Digital Manufacturing, is a member of the Technical Consulting team, which undertakes the design, implementation and commissioning of projects/services. This role is a member of the EY -Technical Consulting team & could be supporting on one or (in some cases) more Projects.
You will play a key role in supporting the development and strengthen existing client relationships and help our clients, who are leaders in the Financial Services industry, navigate the complex finance issues facing their business. Your key responsibilities
10. Customer Relations – support the relevant stakeholders in understanding, managing, and achieving customer expectations.
11. Project Execution – take ownership of the Engineering activities on all allocated work packages and proactively utilize methodologies, resources, and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality standard.
12. Project Management – provide the necessary information to relevant stakeholders & ensure that they are fully informed of resource requirements, progress, and areas of risk for the allocated work.
13. Communications – ensure that team members, inclusive of any third parties, are provided with all necessary and relevant information – details of scope, schedule, technical specifications, and quality standards – to effectively deliver their allotted work.
14. Scope control – fully understand the scope of work within their portfolio, ensure that it is delivered to the requisite quality, budget and schedule and that the relevant Lead Engineer is fully informed, at the earliest opportunity, of any customer-initiated changes in scope.
15. Quality control – ensure that all Engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with the Company’s quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved.

Skills and attributes for success
2+ years of relevant experience in the below -
17. Experience in Digital lean
18. Worked on value stream mapping
19. Experience on any of the digital transformation solutions
