Job Title: Human Resource Generalist
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our client's team in Killarney, County Kerry. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide general HR assistance on human resourcing and people management operations.
About the Role:
* 2+ years' experience in a HR Generalist or similar position within the hospitality sector is essential.
* HR qualification or degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of employment legislation is required.
* You will assist the HR Director with general administration and human resources operations.
* You will contribute to HR strategy, culture, leadership, talent management, rewards, and change management.
* Liaise with department managers and manage labour planning and recruitment processes.
* Manage compliance and policy management adhering to industry standards.
Requirements:
* Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Organisation skills are essential.
* Computer Literate and proficient with Office Suite and CRM's.
Package Offered:
* A competitive salary of €35,000 - €40,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
