Barista/Front of House Staff Opportunity
Gourmet Food Parlour is offering a dynamic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista-trained/Front of House staff member to join our team in newly opening restaurant locations.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who anticipates each workday, is committed to team development, embraces brand growth, and welcomes challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as a Barista/Floor Staff with a minimum of 1-year experience.
* Previous experience in a Front of House waiting staff role.
* Provide exceptional customer service and excel in upselling.
* Show profound knowledge of food, allergen awareness, and menu details.
* Craft various coffee types and hot beverages to meet high-quality standards.
* Operate and maintain coffee machine and grinder.
* Prepare dessert plates and create appealing displays.
* Maintain organization, stock, and cleanliness at bar and waitress stations.
* Possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Barista is essential.
* Front of house waiting experience is essential.
* A genuine passion for coffee and commitment to upholding our high standards.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
* Basic math skills for cash transaction handling.
* Awareness of health and safety regulations.
