The team
Our digital team is responsible for driving the global digital marketing strategy & vision for Jameson, supporting markets on key digital topics, and developing relevant tools & initiatives to fuel growth and drive brand performance. Collaborating across key teams to ensure digital is integrated into key campaigns and that insights from data help to strengthen performance.
The role
We are now seeking a Website & CRM Manager to manage Jamesonwhiskey.com, our global online brand home, and our Jameson global CRM programme. Working collaboratively with the International Marketing Teams and tech solutions team, you will ensure the global website delivers a first-class consumer experience, and champion the website and CRM touchpoints within the consumer journey and across campaign planning.
With over 1 million global leads on our database, we want to continue to work with markets to support them on their CRM journey, maximizing the opportunity to drive acquisition and nurture with relevant and targeted communications. This role will have responsibility for activating the global leads database and supporting markets with relevant content and best practices.
As a key member of the digital transformation team, you will also play a role in ideating, exploring, and testing new innovative ideas & technologies, aligned to clear objectives that enhance our consumers' experience of the brand.
What's involved?
1. Lead the development & management of JamesonWhiskey.com, defining a roadmap for new features and functionality that will support market localization & deliver a first-class consumer experience.
2. In collaboration with the content team, lead the content requirements for website and e-CRM to ensure all touchpoints deliver against insight-driven content themes to maximize reach and impact.
3. Manage global e-CRM communications including development, testing, activating, and measurement, ensuring we deliver best-in-class e-CRM and market adoption.
4. In partnership with the Digital Analytics Manager and SEO consultant, analyze performance of JamesonWhiskey.com for Always On activity and key brand campaigns, taking insights into content planning and delivery of SEO content to markets.
5. Optimize the use of search data, analytics, and technology to continually improve and enhance JamesonWhiskey.com content, design, and UX, ensuring our target consumers are kept engaged and informed about our products and stories.
6. Manage the relationship and support requests from all markets on any digital, e-CRM, and website requirements, including bespoke requests and development for key campaigns.
7. Deliver inspiring communications, training sessions, and toolkits to Pernod Ricard Market Companies and their digital agencies, communicating new features, designs, and solutions across website and e-CRM.
Your background
* Bachelor’s degree required with additional upskilling helpful.
* 3-5 years experience in digital product management, with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
* Experience developing products through cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, marketing, and brand communications.
* Strong experience in planning, initiating, running, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
* An understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies (SCRUM, Agile).
* Experience managing websites through CMS.
* Knowledge of SFMC or other email marketing systems.
* Website content/campaign marketing experience.
* Highly creative, motivated, organized, and proactive. Strong team player with a collaborative style.
* Knowledge of SEO & Google Analytics.
