Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller or Accounts Assistant to join a growing business in Belfast City Centre. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the finance function.
About the Role
* Credit Control Management: Manage accounts receivable, monitor customer accounts, and assess credit risk.
* Debt Recovery: Chase overdue payments, negotiate payment terms, and resolve disputes.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, provide regular reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and accurately enter financial data into multiple systems.
Your Skills and Experience
* Minimum 2 years accounting experience required.
* Experience in credit control and strong administrative/customer service skills.
* Strong systems experience, particularly Excel and Sage 200.
* Positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
