A key role has arisen for a Savings and Investment Product Proposition Lead at Aviva.
About the Role
This individual will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the product line, including delivery of the overall sales plan.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of existing propositions offered by Aviva in the Savings & Investments space.
* Work with key stakeholders to seek opportunities to enhance the proposition across all strands (pricing, USPs, Funds, Digital, Additional Benefits).
* Support strategic market segmentation & identify channel opportunities to support growth.
* Develop and deliver a longer-term growth strategy.
* Provide ongoing product support across internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop and deliver marketing campaigns.
* Manage planned targets & other financial and non-financial metrics.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the competitor landscape both life company and non-life company.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of the Life and pensions industry in Ireland, experience in Fintech/Insurtech would be advantageous.
* Strong understanding of investments and funds.
* Experience of proposition development including market research and application and business case development.
* Experience of product development and project/change discipline.
* Strong time management & organizational skills.
* QFA qualification or similar.
* Excellent understanding of financial drivers & metrics.
* Strategic Thinking awareness of the wider business model.
* Be highly organised and capable of strategic planning and managing complex activities.
* Experience of working across many distribution channels and building distributor relationships.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Experience of effectively managing key risk and controls and compliance with business standards.
