Job Description
* Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute plans to strengthen and expand client relationships.
* Customer Relationship Building: Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
* New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
* Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
* Performance Tracking: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insightful reports to management.
* Presentation and Proposal Development: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, R&D) to ensure seamless project execution.
* Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
The Successful Applicant
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Key Account Management Experience: Proven track record of success in a Key Account Management or Sales role within a competitive environment.
* Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
