We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Monaghan.
The Role
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier customer service.
* Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and driving revenue from existing clients.
* Account Strategy & Planning: Develop tailored account strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
* Market Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends to identify business opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Manage account performance and deliver regular reports to senior management.
* Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
The Person We Need
* Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of FMCG account management/sales
* Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proactive & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and focused on delivering exceptional results.
* Team Player: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
