As a Senior International Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our global workforce. You will be responsible for managing payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional support to our client’s employees.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Oversee the payroll process for multiple international locations.
2. Ensure compliance with local tax laws and employment regulations.
3. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll operations.
4. Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees.
5. Prepare and review payroll reports and audits.
6. Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international payroll.
2. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. IPASS or CIPP qualification is a plus.
