You'll play a key role in driving Archer's expansion by identifying and attracting top talent across the Irish market.
Working closely with candidates from diverse industries and backgrounds, you'll guide them through our streamlined recruitment process.
Collaborating directly with organisational leaders, you'll gain valuable insights, hone your expertise, and develop a deep understanding of their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing & Screening top talent across the Irish market.
* Managing expectations and negotiating with candidates and hiring managers.
* Leading and executing Archer's internal recruitment process.
* Engaging in training and ongoing development sessions.
* Exceeding KPIs and progressing through Archer's defined promotion plan.
* Earning commission by placing top-quality candidates.

Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months of professional experience (post-graduation)
* Bachelor's Degree
* Willingness to learn and develop

* EU Passport
