Reception Manager Job Description
Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a highly skilled Reception Manager to join their team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception operations, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide efficient, prompt, and courteous front office service to guests
* Manage arrival lists, conference guest lists, and VIP lists
* Clear trailing accounts and confirm payment methods for groups
* Liaise with departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
* Review charges posted on management accounts and clear dockets
* Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services and facilities to assist guests
Requirements
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
* Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS is an advantage
* Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager in a hotel environment is essential

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum
