Role Purpose
This role is a Senior Finance Operations Analyst position within our Finance Operations Team.
The primary responsibility is to manage and deliver system & process change initiatives within the Finance Division.
Key Accountabilities
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Finance Division and the wider Business
* Performing daily premium receivable and reconciliation functions
* Conducting analysis on premium collection across various services, employers, and policy types
* Assisting in improving current processes through collaboration with the Finance Operations team
* Reconciling premium transactions and assisting in enhancements to existing processes
* Conducting financial analysis to support business operations and decision-making processes
Additional Responsibilities
* Monitoring and analysing financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
* Co-ordinating monthly reports to capture missed premiums
Requirements
* QFA qualification is essential
* Degree in finance or relevant discipline desired but not required
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance division, finance operations, financial analysis, or related role
Desirable Skills
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
* Strong analysis, reporting, and numeracy skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
