Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging EHS inductions for new starters, contractors, and visitors to ensure site safety awareness from day one.
- Conduct and review risk assessments for routine and non-routine operations, ensuring effective control measures are implemented and maintained.
- Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) submitted by contractors and internal teams to ensure suitability and compliance with site safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely EHS reports, including incident logs, audit findings, and KPI tracking for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in EHS audits, inspections, and toolbox talks to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement EHS procedures aligned with legal, corporate, and industry standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an EHS role within construction, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar high-risk industry.
- Proven track record in EHS inductions, risk assessments, incident investigations, and RAMS review/approval.
