Role Overview:
Finance Assistant
You'll play a key role in the finance team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
* Performing bank and general reconciliations
* Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
We're looking for a finance professional with:
* A background in finance and experience working in high-volume transactional environments
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel skills
* The ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software
Your Skills and Experience:
* Experience working in a finance department, ideally with an accountancy qualification
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
* Desirable: experience using Xero or similar accounting packages, travel industry experience, and a keen eye for detail
