Key Responsibilities: Processing all aspects of monthly payroll. Managing payroll aspects of starters and leavers. Administering the pension scheme, including remitting monthly payments and reconciling contributions. Handling health insurance payments and related administration. Filing payroll-related paperwork and documentation. Addressing staff payroll queries effectively. Collaborating closely with HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations. Key Skills and Requirements: Minimum 5 years in the payroll function. An IPASS qualification is desirable. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with PAYE Modernisation and ROS. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Good understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems.
