This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing Multinational. As we continue to scale the HR team in EMEA, this role will suit a dynamic, passionate HR Professional. In this role you will work in close collaboration with top caliber Global HR Professionals. This role is critical to our HR Operating Model and partners closely with the Recruiting organization to assure the successful outcome of business objectives.
Responsibilities
* You'll bring your Multinational HR expertise and creativity to bear as you support HR programs across all EMEA
* Work closely with Line Managers and build strong relationships such that a high quality, commercially focused HR service is delivered
* Provide guidance, leadership and consultation on all aspects of the employee experience including hiring, developing and retaining our talent, org design, onboarding, managing employee relations, reward, leadership effectiveness and employee performance
* Research best practices and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and incorporation of metrics to measure outcomes
* Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs
* Participating in Group-wide HR projects as well as business-driven initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
* 3+ years of diverse HR experience within a large organization, with demonstrated competence across HR
* Functional areas, ideally in the technology industry (large and small company experience is a plus)
* Excellent project management skills, including attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
* Good knowledge of legal and employment regulations across EMEA
* Experience in the development of policies and procedures
* Agility, grit and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced growth environment with ever-changing needs and requirements.
