About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be a champion for customer engagement, adoption, and long-term success. The CSM will guide our valued customers through onboarding, implementation, and troubleshooting so they get the most out of our solutions and that they receive the tools and support needed to achieve their goals.
This is a hybrid role, working from home and flexibly from our offices (we have locations in Dublin, Galway and Kilkenny). There will also be travel in Ireland required from time to time, for which travel and accommodation expenses are paid.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the dedicated point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
2. Onboard new customers, ensuring that they are set up for success with our products and services.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, building trust and loyalty.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to our existing customer base.
5. Develop and implement customer success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Skills:
Customer relationship management, Brand promotion, Proactive problem resolution, Time management, Product knowledge, Empathy, Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs, Sales experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
2. Experience working in the technology sector is a strong bonus.
3. At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
4. Experience working in education is a plus.
