Senior IT Recruitment Consultant | BA, PM, SCRUM
HR Support, German or French Speaking, 12 month Contract
As a German/French Speaking HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR-related support to employees and managers. You will handle queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, onboarding, and other HR processes while ensuring a seamless employee experience. Successful candidates will need to be onsite 3 days a week in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and guidance on various topics such as payroll, benefits, and company policies.
* Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
* Handle HR-related queries through email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
* Maintain HR databases and employee records with high attention to detail.
* Collaborate with the broader HR team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in German or French and English, both written and spoken.
* Prior experience in an HR support or customer service role.
* Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
* Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., Workday).
