Eagle-eyed Accommodation Manager for luxury boutique hotel property We are currently recruiting an Accommodation Manager with meticulous standards for this luxury boutique hotel.
This role is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of comfort, cleanliness and hospitality for all guests to the property.
Key responsibilities: Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Manage and supervise the accommodation team, ensuring whole team is fully trained on company standards and procedures.
Oversee daily room allocations, liaising closely with Front Office on check-ins/check-outs and guest requests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Handle guest complaints and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Manage budgets, control inventory (linen, cleaning supplies, etc.), and oversee cost-efficiency initiatives.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with other hotel departments (F&B, Sales, Spa etc) to ensure seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate: Minimum of two years experience as Accommodation / Housekeeping Manager or equivalent role in a luxury 4/5 star property.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Keen attention to detail with utmost standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
