Job Summary
You will lead day-to-day activities to meet overall program objectives for projects at all stages throughout the customer journey, including client site testing services, engineering consultancy, conceptual studies, front-end engineering, engineering detailed design, and construction.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain project schedules, cost reports, assess and mitigate risk, and lead cross-functional teams via great communication and diligent oversight.
* Craft and monitor a streamlined development plan, manage critical path, and drive timely issue resolution.
* Lead team meetings, document action items, drive follow-up, and be accountable for communicating development and schedule status to senior management.
Role Scope
Your role will include coordinating with key internal teams such as process engineering, packaged plant manufacturers, and equipment design and fabrication services mainly based across western Europe.
Delivering Results
* Responsible for project delivery and management, including managing engineering design, allocating/procuring construction and material resources, programming, and contract administration.
* Assist the sales team in early client meetings to generate technically and commercially acceptable customer technical offerings.
* Plan necessary resources and assist the central team in preparation and submission of tenders, participating in setting and agreeing project strategy.
* Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
Required Skills/Qualifications
* Proven track record of managing engineering consultancy to engineering detailed design and build projects up to £20m.
* Programme management software, currently MS Project.
* Communication skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders and colleagues to develop solutions to complex problems.
