Job Description
The Automation Technology Analyst will be part of the Pfizer Global Supply Digital Plant Network team, reporting to the site Digital Lead. This role will provide implementation support and advanced technical guidance on various projects and day-to-day digital plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide L3 Digital Technology Support for manufacturing automation and laboratory systems.
* Coordinate site infrastructure tasks and liaise with global platform teams and DXC Support Services.
* Provide infrastructure expertise for server capacity demands and hardware installation support.
* Review plant-level requests for change management and ensure GMP compliance.
* Support application installation and configuration, as well as liaison with Pfizer Global Engineering.
* Ensure standardization of platforms and support the Pfizer Plant Automation Network Structure (PANS).
Primary Duties
* Implement global programs for standardization and globalization of priorities.
* Ensure consistent implementation of business process automation principles.
* Work closely with project sponsors and team members to ensure effective communication.
* Support the evaluation and implementation of new automation technologies.
* Apply best practices to drive efficiency and reduce risk in business processes.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or related to Automation/Computer Engineering is required. 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Technical support service areas, preferably in the Life Sciences/Pharma industry, is also required.
