Overview
Are you an experienced Treasury Supervisor looking for your next career opportunity? If so, the temporary contract on our Finance team could be the one for you. The role is involved in critical projects to the organisation with cross functional involvement and an opportunity to work with senior treasury professionals.
Responsibilities
1. Management of team executing mass payment runs for multiple legal entities in multiple currencies across the globe. Ensure sufficient cash is available and rapidly trouble shoot any issues. This involves working with multiple senior banking & internal stakeholders.
2. Responsible for the new supplier financing program. The role works cross functionally with IT, Procurement, and banking partners to roll out the program globally.
3. Cash management: Involved in cash forecasting and ensuring sufficient funds are available for payment and excess are appropriately invested. Requires significant interaction with multiple stakeholders to understand business activity to accurately predict cash positions.
4. Strong IT expertise and knowledge to manage interfaces, including incoming bank statements, outgoing payment files, FX rates & Quantum.
5. Record to report responsibility to ensure all bank accounts are recorded accurately, real time on SAP. Reconciliations undertaken by team.
6. Representation of treasury on business Projects. Includes rolling out a new cash application tool, set up of new legal entities and managing forex in complex environments.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
7. People management experience of at least 3 years, preferably managing across multiple geographical locations.
8. IT savvy with experience and knowledge of banking and FX interfaces with SAP, Quantum, Lockbox & supply chain Finance
9. An ability to multitask and work in agile environment with competing demands.
10. Keeps up to date with emerging technologies, tools, trends, and regulations to consult with the business in making good decisions on Interface solutions.
11. Ability to develop relationships across the organisation (procurement, supply chain, IT)
