About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Financial Advisor to join our team. Our client, a well-established Financial Brokerage, has experienced recent growth through acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing client relationships and develop long-term connections with new clients.
* Analyse clients' financial circumstances to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Develop and implement product recommendations to meet clients' requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of client information and interactions within the CRM system.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and ensure high-quality customer service.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar Financial Advisory role, preferably within a retail intermediary or brokerage.
* Demonstrate business development and relationship management skills.
* Hold QFA qualifications (at a minimum) and possess in-depth knowledge of life, pensions, and investment products.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including face-to-face client interactions and phone etiquette.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrate integrity and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
