Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a fast-paced, international supply chain operation? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is looking to kick start their Supply Chain career. You will be supporting Trading and Buying teams in delivering operational excellence across sourcing, procurement, and internal supply chain processes.
As part of the Trading function, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the buying cycle, managing product data, creating purchase orders, and maintaining critical internal systems. You'll also assist in reporting, supplier communication, and working cross-functionally across departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate supply chain admin processes with Trading and Buying teams
2. Create and manage purchase orders and product data
3. Maintain systems and records to ensure data accuracy
4. Support sourcing and range management with product info
5. Assist in cross-departmental collaboration to optimize supply chain flow
6. Generate reports and insights to support commercial decisions
7. Provide administrative support to the wider Trading function
What You Bring:
1. 2+ years experience trading/supply chain
2. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
3. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (a plus)
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Proactive, organised, and adaptable with a keen eye for detail
6. Experience in FMCG or retail environments is a strong advantage
