Your Role
You will report to the Director of Quality and work across multiple projects designing actions for your team, leading to tangible results that make a real impact on the lives of Diabetes patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Innovating Quality Systems: Lead the development and implementation of advanced quality systems, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards like FDA QSRs, ISO 13485, and IVDR.
2. Overseeing Site Operations: Manage site operations to maintain the highest levels of compliance and operational excellence.
3. Supervising Quality Functions: Oversee and enhance various quality functions and systems as needed.
4. Inspiring and Managing Staff: Guide and develop the quality department staff, creating robust training and development plans.
5. Mastering Data Analysis: Analyze product quality and process data using sophisticated statistical techniques to identify trends and drive improvement plans.
6. Crafting Key Metrics: Develop and refine essential quality metrics and indicators to track performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
7. Driving Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives within the quality department and division to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
8. Ensuring Seamless Design Transitions: Ensure smooth transfer of product design changes to manufacturing, adhering to established policies and procedures.
