Head of Data and Analytics Operations & Services
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining and sustaining Data Operations, Data Storage Solutions, Enterprise Data Governance and D&A Platforms.
* Oversight of the day-to-day management and optimisation of the bank's Data operations, ensuring data quality, availability, and reliability to support business operations, regulatory reporting, and Analytics.
* Developing Data Operational, Governance and Platform strategies and establishing processes and controls that ensure the scalability, efficiency, and security of the data environment.
* Closely working with the wider CDAO senior leadership team across the 3 pillars of Engage, Build, and Run.
* Collaboration with the Head of Data & Analytics Transformation who leads the Build pillar in delivering modern data architecture and data engineering solutions.
* Closely working with the Head of Business Partnering & Advanced Analytics who leads the Engage pillar to support the data and analytics operational needs of the enterprise.
Requirements
* An established track record of data-driven culture change and delivery in a leadership role within data operations/data governance.
* Managing and mentoring teams to high performance.
* In-depth knowledge of the regulatory obligations related to the success of this role.
Regulatory Compliance
This job is a Controlled Function CF2 as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank.
