At Bracken Recruitment, our client, a Dublin-based Insurance Company, is looking to expand their team and is hiring for a number of Personal Lines Customer Service Roles.
You must be APA qualified with 1 year PQE in Personal Lines.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work within our client's Insurance customer service department. The role will be dealing directly with customers, answering queries on their policies, renewal queries, mid-term adjustments, and any other insurance queries our customers may have. The role provides an opportunity to gain experience in the areas of customer service, customer retention, and policy administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ability to work in all sections of personal lines, including renewals, processing mid-term adjustments, and after-sales customer enquiries.
2. Building rapport with customers.
3. Retaining existing business and working towards renewal retention targets.
4. Ensuring all data is kept up to date on applied relay systems.
5. Dealing with all customer requests in an efficient manner.
6. Providing a high level of customer service.
7. Ability to process administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills & Knowledge:
1. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks.
2. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
3. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
4. Clear & proficient communication and negotiation skills.
5. Be motivated and have a positive outlook.
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in personal lines.
2. Minimum APA qualified.
