Job Summary
This role requires an individual with proven experience in process control within an ERP system – preferably SAGE / Service Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the Purchase Coordinator EMEA Region, Service Project Managers & Engineers, and the internal procurement department.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform administrative tasks efficiently with a strong focus on attention to detail.
* Partner with colleagues and other departments to align requirements with individual and organizational priorities.
* Track work and ensure seamless workflow.
* Manage ad hoc requests, resolve urgent issues, and assist peers as needed.
* Respond to quotation requests and liaise with clients (in conjunction with Project Managers).
* Develop quotes within the business ERP system (SAGE).
* Submit quotations to clients.
* Update requisitions for purchase orders within the ERP system upon receipt of PO.
* Manage goods in and out within the dedicated MCS division allocated areas.
* Provide final receipting and invoicing support to finance and stores.
* Place orders and ensure timely delivery of items to end users.
* Conduct traceability and build reports for site tooling using supplier app platform and other systems information.
* Communicate with Site Foremen on multiple datacenter construction sites to understand supply needs and take necessary actions.
* Update costs within the ERP system (SAGE).
* Support part number creation within the ERP system (SAGE) and maintain records of cost, supplier, and part number outside of SAGE.
* Update BOMs with latest costs for parts and suppliers.
Requirements
* Able to work in the office five days per week.
* Authorization to work in Ireland.
* Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and process control within an ERP system.
* Strong working knowledge of SAGE is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong stakeholder management.
* Strong IT skills.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Action-oriented self-starter who is driven to achieve results.
* Flexible and adaptable team player.
* Able to work with multiple deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel.
