Up to £12.05 per hour depending on your age & Benefits.
A number of part-time and full-time positions are available between 8 to 37.5 hours, working within the opening hours of the store, Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 11:00pm with a degree of flexibility required.
Our Greencastle Street store in Kilkeel will be a hub of activity, offering convenience, value and excellent customer service to our local community and visitors. The store will have an impressive range of grocery, fresh and frozen produce and includes an amazing deli and specialist butcher. The anticipated store relaunch will be in Spring 2025.
A look into the role
Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.
As Customer Advisor you will be required to:
1. Listen to and understand our customers' needs and advise customers about our products and services.
2. Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
3. Ensure that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
4. Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
5. Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
6. Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
7. Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
8. Perform any other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success

Working Hours
A number of part-time and full-time positions are available between 8 to 37.5 hours, working within the opening hours of the store, Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 11:00pm with a degree of flexibility required.
