Cullen Tyrrell & O'Beirne Solicitors are seeking to recruit a full-time Receptionist/Legal Secretary.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years' administrative experience.
2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
3. Friendly, approachable, pleasant manner with excellent phone etiquette.
4. Experience as a dictaphone typist and appropriate general administration skills is essential.
5. Ability to work as part of a team and work on own initiative.
6. Accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Competent skills in phone systems, computer skills and IT systems particularly Microsoft Office.
8. Dictaphone and copy typing of confidential information.
9. Fast typing speeds and high level of accuracy to ensure the correct distribution of information.
10. Managing office correspondence, directing external queries to the relevant personnel.
