Job Summary
The Company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Shareholder Services team, responsible for onboarding clients for private equity funds.
This role involves managing the entire client onboarding process, handling a diverse client base, and ensuring adherence to policies.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for investors, assisting with client onboarding and quality checks, reviewing FATCA/CRS documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for investors, fostering relationships
* Assist with client onboarding and quality checks

* Manage relationships with clients, General Partners, and stakeholders
* Proactively address and resolve service issues
* Coordinate across international offices
* Support team performance to meet internal KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.2 honors
