About the Role
You will be a part of high-performing teams and large-scale transformational programmes for clients, helping them leverage best-in-class technologies to delight their customers and create meaningful relationships and interactions. You should have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
1. Front office operating model change for B2B or B2C organisations
2. Identifying client growth opportunities and developing strategies to deliver
3. Designing new customer facing propositions, offerings and/or pricing strategies
4. Introducing new ways of working to client organisations
5. Customer centric process re-design
6. Developing and tracking to a business case, measuring the value generated from improved customer experience and/or reduced cost-to-serve
7. Translating strategic vision into a roadmap for change
8. Supporting delivery of digital transformation
9. Leading and facilitating design workshops
10. Working with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders
11. Agile delivery & frameworks
12. Ability to operate at all stages of a project lifecycle, from proposal to delivery
13. Experience managing risks and working with senior stakeholders
14. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
15. Communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
16. Bringing creativity and design thinking to client problems
17. Experience in management consulting is highly regarded
Your experience:
1. 3+ years' experience in design and delivery of customer impacting transformations or front office operating model change
2. Design Thinking practitioner
3. Certification in Project Management desirable
4. Certification in Agile Methodologies desirable
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
6. Experience in management consulting is highly regarded
