More About the Role:
Provide competent advice, guidance, and support to operational teams to enable them to carry out their HSE responsibilities.
* Provide matchday and non-matchday event support – auditing of Chef/Manager Packs
* Support and facilitate the implementation of effective HSE standards across the business.
* On site event audits for third party provision where applicable i.e. O’Brien Event Catering
* Conduct daily/weekly audits of the venues operationally, identifying any potential hazards and supporting HOD’s to create an action plan for HOD’s to address accordingly.
* Management and completion of the Net Zero Toolkit, unit lead on initiatives to support Net Zero objectives
About You:
1. Previous experience in an HSE desirable or two years supervisor or team leader experience
2. Previous working knowledge of HSE processes and legislation
3. Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
4. Enthusiastic, motivational, someone who strives for excellence
5. Effective communicator
6. Honest, transparent and consistent
7. Drive to gain and hold the respect of others
8. Minimum Level 3 Food Safety Management or equivalent
