We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our team in the Marqette.
The new colleague will work alongside an amazing General Manager that has colleague growth & training at the heart of what he does.
The ideal candidate will: Have at least 1 years previous experience as a manager or similar Have an outgoing and friendly personality Have excellent customer service skills Be a born people person and leader Be proficient in written and spoken English Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure General duties will include, but are not limited to: Training and development of staff Managing the day to day operations of the Food Hall Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training Roster and stock controls To deal with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and report these to the General Manager To ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.
