This role involves leading the day-to-day operation of security services and ensuring a high quality of service is delivered at all times.

About the Role

1. Lead the management and leadership of security, including the development of the team.
">
2. Maintain effective communication links with other colleagues within the greater on-site team and across client sites.
">
3. Ensure the smooth running of site(s) adhering to the Site Service Level Agreement and Services Specification.
">
4. Organize relief/holiday cover for security staff as required.
">
5. Monitor activities, visitors to the site, CCTV, and deal with alarm activations in line with procedures.
">
6. Answer telephone, screen/direct calls, message management.
">
7. Meet & greet persons entering the organization.
">
8. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
">
9. Access control, including logging vehicle registration numbers, scanning/conducting searches, reviewing documentation presented by 3rd parties on site, checking tagging systems, and issuing/retrieving temporary ID cards.
">
10. Daily and other reporting in line with procedure and any additional duties as requested by the Contract Manager.
">

* Hold a valid PSA Licence.
">
* Have at least five years relevant experience.
">
* Strong knowledge and skill of administrative and clerical procedures.
">
* Strong knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
">
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

* Full clean driving licence required.
