Job Description:
Contact potential customers interested in face-to-face and online payment services from New Payment Innovation by phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log and track calls in the CRM to support lead management and provide an accurate picture of opportunities for reporting purposes.
* Introduce services, understand existing setups, suppliers, and challenges, and discuss how New Payment Innovation can support businesses.
* Collect relevant information to build a picture of customer requirements and arrange a suitable time for a field seller to follow up.
* Work with the field sales team to arrange appointments, communicate gathered information, and capture feedback on meeting results.
* Contribute to training new telemarketing executives and track/present performance to Line Managers and the leadership team.
Requirements:
* Effective communication with business owners to position New Payment Innovation's payments capability.
* Excellent sales ability, experience in identifying and generating opportunities.
* Good rapport-building skills, ability to communicate with diverse people at various levels across sectors.
* CRM management expertise.
* Ability to multitask, excellent time management, and prioritization skills.
* Proficiency in the full Microsoft package.
Benefits:
* Up to €33k salary
* 50% realistic OTE commission
