Elusav Recruitment has an amazing opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer - Heat Pumps to join an exciting and market-leading specialist in the Renewable Energy Sector.
As the Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Roll out CPD’s to Mechanical Consultants, specifiers, developers, County Councils, OPW, etc.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share within the sector.
* Manage inventory & forecasting.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Take ownership of projects from specification & quotation to final installation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
* Report on sales performance and provide insights on market developments.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of business development experience, ideally in construction sales.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of commercial heat pumps would be an advantage.
