Job Description: Recruitment Officer/Call Centre Agent
The Recruitment Officer will carry out daily operations of meeting volunteer recruitment targets for Atlantia’s clinical studies and will be responsible for collecting recruitment data and maintaining the recruitment software.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails to volunteers.
* Calls will involve screening volunteers for clinical trails to explain what is involved and to determine if they are eligible to participate in the trials.
* Adhere to all General Data Protection Regulation protocols to ensure participant data and personal information is kept confidential.
* Update and track volunteer status on the Atlantia clinical platform.
* Schedule high volume of appointments.
* Review volunteer applications to determine volunteer eligibility for clinical studies.
* Collaborate with the Operations Team, Science Team and on-site doctors to monitor recruitment performance of each study.
* Support the Study Recruitment Team in achieving recruitment targets to ensure all deliverables are met according to the project timelines.
* Support the recruitment of studies by participating in brainstorming sessions, community outreach and researching potential recruitment avenues.
* Assist in social media research, strategizing and content.
* Identify and report any issues or discrepancies encountered during the recruitment activities.
* Greet Participants at reception and cover the clinic reception duties when required.
* Attend promotional events with Recruitment Team members i.e. days on college campuses or Cork Summer Show.
* Complete ad-hoc tasks that are delegated to you by the Recruitment Project Manager.
Requirements
* 1+ year of target driven, customer service experience required.
* Excellent customer service. Professional and respectful manner when speaking to participants and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Competent in using Office applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* A background in science/healthcare setting is a distinct advantage.
* A positive attitude.
