Job Title: Engineering / Technical Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Engineering / Technical Administrator to join our client's team in Tipperary, working for a global pharmaceutical company. As part of the Maintenance Systems Team, this role will involve managing engineering documentation and CMMS updates.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage documentation related to maintenance systems, including P&IDs, OEM manuals, and other relevant materials.
* Register new equipment and instrumentation on the CMMS system, following change control procedures.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to approve and execute these updates.
* Perform various administrative tasks as allocated by the Maintenance Team.
Requirements
* 3rd Level Qualification in Engineering, Quality, or Science-related area.
* Excellent organisational and data management skills.
* Experience with document management systems and office applications.
* Familiarity with maintenance systems structure and applications.
* Proven knowledge and experience working in a regulated GMP environment.
* Strong analytical mindset, data-driven with attention to detail.
* Superior organisational and planning skills.
Estimated Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum
