Flexsource are seeking a Bar Manager for a busy Hotel in Co.Kerry.
You will oversee the initial staff induction, ongoing training and development of all departmental associates. Responsibilities include stock management, equipment maintenance and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
* All bar and floor staff supervision
* Daily beverage service operations
* Food and Afternoon Tea service management
* Beverage Gross profit margin monitoring (monthly)
* Departmental Labour costs optimization
* Staff communication and training facilitation
* Customer service enhancement and guest satisfaction improvement
* Monthly promotional drinks and sales ideas implementation
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
* 3-5 years Bar managerial experience
* Essential cocktail knowledge and Mixology experience preferred
* Proven leadership in F&B team settings
