Job Description Gallen Hospitality are hiring Bar and floor Staff to join our team in Donegal's biggest & newest live music & cocktail venue.
About Gallen's Bar: Situated in the heart of Ballybofey, Gallen's Bar is a premier entertainment destination boasting four bars across two floors, screens in every bar to watch all live sporting events, live music every weekend with 2 stages, and Donegal's best cocktails on offer.
We are excited to bring a new dimension to Ballybofey as we establish Gallen's, and we are looking for the right team to do this.
About The Role Main duties and responsibilities Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
Preparation of the bar for service and full clean down at end of shift.
Process payments from customers.
Ensure all bar glasses and utensils are clean.
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, upholding consistency & quality.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Contribute to the lively atmosphere by engaging with guests and promoting the live music events.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Ensure tables are clear from dirty glasses and rubbish.
Table service where necessary.
Check deliveries & put away when needed.
Change kegs and restock shelves.

Essentials: · Must be 18 years old.
· Have the right to work in Ireland.
· A can-do attitude, no job is too big nor too small for anyone at Gallen's.
Desirables: · Previous experience in a busy bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
· Passion for mixology and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
· A positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
· Strong knowledge on beers/ spirits/ cocktails.
