About Your New Job
As a Microsoft Certified IT Engineer, you will resolve service/ticket requests assigned to you by the Helpdesk Manager.
* Be an escalation point for support tickets relating to your level of expertise
* Communicate with clients to ensure that all their support issues are fully understood, and to keep them informed with developments and timelines
Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy/migrate and document IT solutions for our client base
* Introduce new technologies to the management team to expand our product portfolio
* Maintain/update client site and project documentation as necessary
* Assist other members of the team when delivering incident reports, ensuring the appropriate technical information is provided
* Oversee, train, coach, and mentor Level 1 support team activities
Requirements:
* Office 365 Administration: 3+ years' experience, including MS 365 tenancy portal, MS Azure portal, Share Point Admin & Exchange Online Admin, and troubleshooting experience
* Firewall & Network Wired/Wireless deployment and troubleshooting
* Experience working with Windows Server 2016+ OS (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)
* Accurate upkeep of the ticketing/time management system (PSA)
