Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary team in a fast-paced, all-year-round food and beverage establishment.
Main Responsibilities:
* To assist General Managers with daily operations and service delivery.
* To spearhead menu development, creating new ideas and recipes that meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Head Chef or Senior Chef, preferably in a busy hotel or restaurant environment.
* Experience in catering for large events, such as weddings, conferences, and functions.
* An accomplished and reputable chef with a passion for food and a creative flair for menu innovation.
* Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with excellent communication, management, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.
* Exceptional stock control, ordering, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with a proven track record of achieving high GP targets.
