The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the hotel's sales and marketing strategy, tracking progress against KPIs, budgets, and revenue goals.
2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular engagement, including meetings, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
3. Collaborate with the General Manager to establish pricing strategies and identify new market opportunities.
4. Manage the hotel's online presence, including third-party websites, social media platforms, guest feedback channels, and promotional content.
5. Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the hotel's brand and sales initiatives.
6. Coordinate corporate and tour contracts, track client correspondence, and maintain an up-to-date client database.
7. Represent the hotel at trade fairs, local promotions, and tourism events to enhance brand visibility and generate business.
8. Organize on-site and off-site client entertainment and promotional events to drive engagement and revenue.
9. Ensure the highest standards of professionalism in all client interactions and marketing activities.
10. Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to the General Manager and Board of Directors.
