Operations & Projects Executive Cumann Lthchleas Gael is Irelands leading sporting and cultural organisation with membership approaching one million people and in excess of 500,000 playing participants at all levels.

Home of the GAA, Croke Park Stadium is Irelands foremost sporting and entertainment venue.
Over 1,500,000 visitors are welcomed annually to national and international events, and the Croke Park campus also features Croke Park Meetings & Events and GAA Museum & Tours.
An opportunity now arises for an Operations & Project Executive to join the Croke Park Operations team, who have responsibility for delivering and maintaining stadium facilities, projects, and events as well as safety and sustainability management systems.
Reporting directly to the Head of Stadium Operations & Projects, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the stadium's facilities and events.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the team in facilities management, including day to day checks, maintenance and repairs, planning and strategy. Contractor management, including insurance and compliance with house rules.
Responsibility for staff engagement in terms of education and training on agreed new procedures and policies in respect of operations activities.
Governance of projects throughout the campus. Department administration and support. Budget preparations and controls. Carry out pre-event planning, event day orders, event day and post event checks, tests, and inspections. Responsibility for planning and governance of concert build and de-rig scheduling with promoters as and when required.
Completing other tasks or become involved in ad hoc projects as requested by the Head of Stadium Operations & Projects and the Head of Stadium Operations & Events.
Essential Criteria:
A third level degree in a relevant area (Minimum Level 8 NFQ); At least 3 years previous experience working in a similar role or environment; Competent administrative and IT skills with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency at keeping records; A strong understanding and knowledge of facilities management; Strong analytical and reporting skills; Proven organisational skills and ability to effectively identify priorities with a hands-on approach to getting things done; Excellent stakeholder management skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Criteria:
Post-Graduate degree and/or relevant experience working in any of the following areas: Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Project Management, Event Management, Construction; Experience of ISO standards and auditing.
