Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
A dynamic and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive is sought to join our growing team in Dublin. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Sales Services Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in developing, managing and executing the company's strategic digital marketing campaigns and activities in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will possess experience within a marketing team, supporting online advertising campaigns, website maintenance and various marketing software platforms. They will also contribute to traditional marketing projects as needed. Strong visual literacy, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
* Create impactful marketing campaigns that deliver lead generation through digital initiatives.
* Own and deliver regular reports of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs.
* Produce engaging content across digital marketing platforms in line with planned campaigns.
* Understand target markets and create content tailored to their needs and interests, driving leads along the sales funnel to meet commercial targets.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
* Data analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations.
* Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with sales, global/regional marketing and other teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
* Maintain website content and collaborate with the global web development team.
* Utilize marketing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Showpad and Qualtrics, while collaborating with marketing colleagues.
* Prepare marketing reports and presentations, working with the analytics team.
* Design and print management in collaboration with an external agency.
* Promote social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
* Support online and in-person marketing events, collaborating with the event planning team.
* Contribute to traditional marketing projects, such as print materials, when required.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in digital marketing support roles.
* Experience in online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
* Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS).
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Showpad and Qualtrics is desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
